Newsletter November 5th - 9th

Dear parents,
It was great to see you at school in our class during Parents Day. I hope you enjoyed our lesson. To make sure that our lessons are better, informative, engaging, and the best environment for learning, please feel free to comment. Your inputs are valuable source of "motivation" and "imagination".

Here what we did this week.
UoI: We are still working on the second line of inquiry, "How quality of life is connected to our actions. Students researched different organizations that support, help to improve that quality. For some, quality means education, for the others - safety or healthcare. On Friday, students presented their works to classmates and were graded by classmates. The grades will be sent to students today.

Math: After parent's morning, we had a math retest. Students definitely upgraded their scores and are happy about that. We started a new topic - probability. The terms like certain, impossible, equally likely, likely, unlikely, are introduced as well as the quantitative part of calculating chance - probability line. We will continue to focus on it next week.

Art: Started to get ready for our Science week activities. At the moment students are planning experiments and decorations.

Important Dates:
1) Class activity - November 22nd
2) Science Week - November 26th - 30th

Thanks
